Results from the 2024 Bentley University-Gallup Business in Society Study show transparency would help alleviate Americans’ concerns about the use of AI. 57% of Americans said it would help most if businesses were transparent about how AI is used in business practices.
A transparent friend has nothing to hide and is an open book. It seems Americans like their technology the same way—they don’t need to know all the details, but they need to know they can trust it.
